Nano Banana 2.5 Pricing Plans

Sign in to your account, choose a credit package on the Nano Banana 2.5 pricing page, and complete checkout. Use the same account you use in the image generator and editor so you can access your purchased credits.

If you have an active subscription, open your profile and select Subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to stop and use its cancel option. If you cannot find the subscription or cancellation fails, contact support@nanobananax.net with your account email and order details.

Open your profile and find the order in your payment records. Select Invoice, choose a personal or business invoice, and enter your company name if needed. Select Create Invoice to download it. For help with a missing order or invoice, contact support@nanobananax.net.

Purchased credits from the packages shown on this page never expire. You can keep your remaining balance for a later project. Check the terms of any promotional or bonus credits separately.

You can return to the pricing page and purchase another credit package using the same account. Your unused purchased credits remain available and do not expire.

The cost depends on the selected model and resolution. Nano Banana 2 currently uses 2 credits for 1K or 2K output and 4 credits for 4K output. Nano Banana Pro uses 3 credits per request. Check the cost displayed on the create button before submitting your prompt.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy. Orders with more than 20% of their credits used are not eligible under that policy, and promotional or discounted purchases may be excluded. Email support@nanobananax.net with your account email, order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request. Review the Refund Policy for the full conditions.

Email support@nanobananax.net with your account email, order ID if available, and a description of the issue. For a successful payment that is not reflected in your balance, include the purchase date and payment confirmation. Do not send your password or full card details.
